Asbestos/Lead Consulting Services:

Omega has been consulting in the asbestos and lead industry for over 20 years with extensive knowledge of the regulations and legal issues. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have extensive regulations on the management and removal of asbestos and lead, as well as worker and environmental protection.

Omega’s team of certified Management Planners, Project Designers, Inspectors, Project Monitors, and specialized administrative staff coordinate and carry out asbestos and lead surveys, O&M, and abatement activities. The team reviews project scope details with the client’s Project Coordinator, Architect and/or Engineer. If needed, the Omega Project Manager will conduct a Contractor bid walk-through to obtain pricing for the project and/or review the abatement details with a Contractor selected by the client. The abatement project will then be filed, including required variances.
